Hilton was acclaimed as the leading hospitality company on the Best Workplaces in Latin America list for 2024, securing the third place among multinationals for the second consecutive year. This accolade reflects Hilton’s dedication to nurturing a superior work environment that enables its staff to thrive both personally and professionally, allowing them to fully express themselves and excel at work.
Previously, in 2023, Hilton set a milestone by becoming the first hotel company to top the global Best Places to Work list, a joint ranking by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work.
