Udman Hotels & Resorts, a renowned leader in the boutique and luxury hospitality sector, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Vaibhav Verma as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With an impressive 28-year career, Vaibhav brings an extensive background of expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic vision that aligns seamlessly with Udman’s future ambitions.
In his new role, Vaibhav will spearhead the brand’s next phase of growth, which includes an aggressive expansion strategy aimed at increasing its portfolio from 7 properties to 50 boutique and luxury hotels over the next five years. His strong leadership skills and ability to implement effective policies will be key in navigating the company through this transformative period. Vaibhav’s deep understanding of business growth, market trends, and operational efficiency will ensure Udman continues to prioritize luxury, personalized service, and exceptional guest experiences in all of its ventures.
Throughout his career, Vaibhav has held prominent positions at esteemed organizations such as Best Western, Business World Magazine, Accor Hotels, ITC Fortune Hotels, JHM Interstate Hotels, Taiping Carpets, and Jaypee Hotels. He has also played an instrumental role in pre-opening and operations for high-profile properties including Four Points by Sheraton in Jaipur, Pune, and Vishakhapatnam, as well as Khyber, Gulmarg. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at juSTA Hotels and Resorts.
