Lang & Schwander principals have expanded their portfolio with the acquisition of a hotel in Southeast Switzerland, marking a strategic investment in hospitality.
Sebastian Lang and Marcus Schwander, co-founders of the renowned hotel interior design firm Lang & Schwander, have acquired the historic Hotel Engadinerhof in Pontresina, located in southeastern Switzerland.
While the financial details of the deal have not been disclosed, the acquisition marks a significant milestone for the company.
Established in 1905, the 85-room hotel boasts a dining venue, Nostra Pizzeria, which serves a breakfast buffet and a four-course dinner with various main course options.
Conveniently situated within walking distance of the Bellavita water park, which features a spa and diverse shopping options, the property offers easy access to local attractions.
The Lang & Schwander team will take over the hotel’s operations and has announced plans to renovate both the common areas and the guest rooms to enhance the property’s appeal.
