At Dashanzi in JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, the culinary event “Xi’an Silk Route” is set to take place from August 23 to September 1, 2024. Drawing inspiration from the historic city of Xi’an, known for its terracotta warriors and bustling street food scene, the festival showcases a captivating blend of Chinese culinary artistry infused with Mexican vibrancy, tailored for Mumbai’s gourmet aficionados.
This festival taps into Xi’an’s culinary heritage, introducing a specially crafted menu that combines the intense flavors of Xi’an with the dynamic essence of Mexican cuisine, featuring an array of Asian-style tapas and Tequila-based cocktails.
