Golden Era Hospitality Group is excited to introduce Oro, a new luxury rooftop venue set to make its grand entrance on Miami’s iconic Lincoln Road, right in the vibrant heart of South Beach. Scheduled to open this fall, Oro marks the latest expansion of Golden Era Hospitality Group’s ever-growing dining portfolio. Drawing inspiration from some of the world’s most captivating metropolitan cities, Oro has been crafted to offer a sophisticated blend of dining and entertainment, perfectly situated in the bustling center of South Beach.
“The idea behind Oro came from a collection of memories and experiences I’ve had from traveling around the world,” says Philippe Kalifa, founder of Golden Era Hospitality Group. “From the delicious food to the memorable cocktails and the energetic party, our guests will have a complete night-out experience with us, and I can’t wait to bring these concepts to South Beach!”
Under the expert guidance of the celebrated Chef Victor Munoz, Oro’s menu is a vibrant homage to the diverse richness and innovative spirit of global cuisine. Each dish is a masterpiece, featuring the finest ingredients from both land and sea, meticulously selected to deliver an unparalleled culinary journey. Chef Munoz’s approach is both creative and thoughtful, crafting dishes designed to be shared and enjoyed, encouraging lively conversation and connection. The menu reflects his passion for local flavors, with every bite offering a taste of discovery. Highlights include the indulgent Bananas & Caviar with Kaluga Caviar, Fermented Banana Peel Butter, Plantain Waffle, and Horseradish Crème; the refreshing Tom Kha Crudo with Kombu Cured Hiramasa, Wasabi, and Miami Fruit Finger Lime; and the luxurious Dry Aged Rohan Duck with Sweet Potato, Lavender, Hibiscus, and Red Rosebud Jus. Oro’s signature cocktails complement the dining experience, featuring fresh, regional ingredients alongside an exceptional selection of fine wines.
Upon arrival at Oro, guests are welcomed by glamorous gold-covered arches and stunning floral arrangements, transporting them to a picturesque and enchanting setting. The expansive 300+ seat restaurant radiates style and sophistication, offering a diverse selection of premium meats and the highest quality seafood. Fresh crab, lobster, caviar, and an extensive array of fish are presented with elegance, making each table-side service a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Oro’s entertainment venue, Elixir, is set to open by the end of 2024, making the building a comprehensive dining and entertainment destination. Spanning over 15,000 square feet, Oro will be located at 818 Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach, FL 33139, and will be open daily from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.
