Chicken Ranch Casino Resort has expanded its culinary offerings with the introduction of two exciting new venues: Proper & Plume Cocktail Lounge and TWLV Kitchen & Bar, now welcoming guests with unique and flavorful experiences.

At Proper & Plume Cocktail Lounge, cocktail hour is transformed into an extraordinary experience. Whether you’re indulging in a refreshing day drink, a lively happy hour, or a relaxed nightcap, this lounge offers a menu of “Instagram-worthy” cocktails that are sure to impress. The atmosphere is inviting, and the bartenders might even share a secret or two—if you’re seated with a drink in hand.

- Summer Dreamin’: A tangy mix of Crown Royal Peach, honey syrup, lemon juice, ginger bitters, and iced tea, garnished with a lemon wheel and mint.
- Spiced Strawberry Buck: A sweet and sour blend of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, lime juice, Liquid Alchemist Strawberry Syrup, aromatic bitters, and ginger beer, topped with a lime wheel and mint.
Classic & Modern Creations:
- Very Pink Cosmopolitan: A fruity fusion of citron vodka, Cointreau, raspberry liqueur, lime juice, and cranberry juice, with a raspberry and pink sugar rim.

Introducing TWLV Kitchen & Bar
TWLV Kitchen & Bar offers a contemporary take on classic comfort, with a name inspired by the traditional “hen’s dozen.” The menu emphasizes fresh, local ingredients, delivering farm-to-table flavors that cater to diverse tastes. Complementing the cuisine, guests can enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, local beers, and a selection of Northern California wines.

- Chicken Birria Tacos: Marinated pulled chicken, diced onions, micro cilantro, and parmesan-grilled corn tortillas, served with salsa verde.
- Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños: House-made jalapeño poppers filled with a cheddar and cream cheese blend, wrapped in hickory-smoked bacon, served with ranch dressing.
Breakfast:
- California Omelet: A three-egg omelet with spinach, red bell pepper, pepper jack cheese, topped with avocado, salsa, and green onions.

- Churro Tower: Eight churros and six scoops of ice cream, drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauce.
In addition to these new venues, the original Chicken Ranch Casino has reopened. Operating daily from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. for guests 18 and older, the casino remains a smoke-friendly environment, except in the Bingo Hall, which continues to be smoke-free. Bingo games and limited dining at the Ranch House Restaurant are available, with shuttle services running between the original casino and the new resort.
