The airline will launch bi-weekly flights between Xi’an Xianyang International Airport (XIY) and Hanoi’s Nội Bài International Airport (HAN) using the Airbus A320, starting August 30, 2024.

As a key member of the SkyTeam Alliance, China Eastern has expanded its global network to include 1,036 destinations across 170 countries through partnerships with other SkyTeam members. It consistently ranks in the top ten globally, with an annual passenger turnover exceeding 130 million. Nội Bài International Airport has become the primary airport for Hanoi, taking over from the older Gia Lam Airport. It is the second busiest airport in Vietnam for passenger traffic, following Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.
