I still find it hard to believe that I’m over 65. Where did the time go? Entering our senior years, it’s even more important to at this age, to ensure we maintain a healthy and well balanced diet.

Again, I think it all boils down to your; present state of health, your diet, your lifestyle and what is recommended to you by medical and/or health care professionals.

From what I’ve learned over the years in speaking with many health care professionals, there are actually a few supplements that are beneficial for seniors, besides eating a healthy diet.

Again, this certainly depends on your present diet and what may or may not be needed, as recommended by your health and/or medical professional.

Vitamin B12, C, D3, Magnesium, Omega-3, Calcium

These are just a few important supplements to have as we age. Many can be obtained from what we eat and also in a well recommended multivitamin in capsule form, for better absorption.
