Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is introducing a big change for its loyalty members. Beginning October 15, 2025, cruisers will be able to have their status recognized across all three of the company’s brands: Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

So if you’re a Latitudes Rewards member with Norwegian and decide to book your first sailing with Oceania or Regent, you can request via email to have your tier honored at the closest level in their program. The same applies the other way around. This makes it easier for guests to try out different cruise styles within the NCLH family without feeling like they’re starting from the bottom.

Unlike Royal Caribbean’s program, though, this won’t be automatic. Guests will need to submit a request by email at least 10 days before sailing, and the match is honored on a per-cruise basis. Some perks won’t carry over, like free cruises, upgrades, or personalized gifts, and charter sailings aren’t included. However, the core loyalty benefits will now be extended across 34 ships sailing to more than 700 destinations.

NCLH is only the second major cruise company to launch a cross-brand loyalty program, following Royal Caribbean Group’s move last year. Carnival Corporation has stated that it has no plans for a similar initiative across its portfolio.

This change opens up new options for loyal cruisers. Whether you’re curious about Regent’s luxury approach or Oceania’s focus on fine dining, you won’t be starting at the bottom of the loyalty ladder.

What do you think? Does this new status matching make you more likely to try one of their other NCL cruise brands?
